Lifelong resident of Albuquerque and father of two wonderful daughters, proud graduate of Highland HS and UNM, avid sports nut. and 18 years of Property Management experience in multi-family, single-family, and commercial real estate. While attending the University of New Mexico, my career as a leasing agent started in the year 2000 with Alliance Residential. Through my experience in property management, I gained tremendous experience and knowledge in technological advancements for the industry, which led to my contributions in creating BlueInk Technologies, a comprehensive eSigning software that improves office operations and human resource processing for businesses across the globe. As Executive Vice President of BlueInk, my experience within the property management arena has been key in creating a tool that property owners and management companies can utilize to dramatically improve operational workflow and protect against a multitude of liabilities in the Real Estate world.
