Property Matrix

Property Matrix is a cloud-based property management solution geared towards apartment complexes and multi-family unit properties. It offers a full suite of applications for managing multiple properties: tenant and lease tracking property accounting building maintenance CRM and online classifieds. Users can filter for vacancies or specific units create invoices and check on maintenance requests - all while saving time and staying organized. The Owners Portal houses everything that owners need to monitor and manage their property. The software comes with an accounting package including a general ledger accounts payable accounts receivable and a detailed transactional history. Property Matrix also includes a maintenance module. Once a new incident is reported it’s routed to the maintenance panel so someone can be assigned to handle the request—this can even include outside vendors. Everyone in the company has access to this making it a collaborative effort.
