Lori Priem

Ms. Priem joined the Greystar team in Albuquerque in February 2017 following many years based out of Southern California. Her career spans 34 years in property management to include a broad range of multi-site residential, retail, high end product, lease-ups, low income, bond, HUD Section 8 and conventionally financed communities for portfolios up to 10 communities and 3,137 units in a wide variety of markets including Albuquerque, Santa Fe, Durango, CO, Reno, NV and Southern California. Lori has widespread knowledge of on-site operations and has been particularly successful in areas of leasing, training, marketing, financial planning as well as trouble shooting distressed sites. Lori holds several professional designations including Certified Property Manager (CPM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Certified Apartment Property Supervisor (CAPS) and Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) through the National Apartment Association (NAA). Lori also holds a New Mexico Real Estate Associate Broker License.
