Over 15 years in the multifamily industry, Currently overseeing maintenance operations, compliance, education, and training across all communities in the New Mexico region for Greystar Real Estate. Passionate about supporting and empowering teams, and is committed to delivering top-tier industry training and knowledge, from the local jurisdictional level to national mandates.
With experience spanning small to large-scale projects, providing expert guidance on the latest industry trends and regulatory changes. Jose journey in property management began in 2001 with Lincoln Properties at Spring Park Apartments. Following eight years of honorable service in the Marine Corps, including multiple deployments to Iraq, Jose returned to multifamily, joining Alliance Residential in 2011. Jose hands-on expertise grew through roles with the Local Union 412 as an HVAC/Plumber after spend time with the Local. Jose Passion for Multifamily continued as a Service Supervisor Ambassador/Trainer for Olympus Properties, serving New Mexico, Arizona, and California Regions.
Since joining Greystar in 2020 and being promoted to Regional Maintenance Manager in 2021, Jose Seeks to continue and strive to be instrumental in leading training programs, providing critical maintenance support, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
