Experience
Steve Kraemer joined NAI Maestas and Ward in 2014. His eleven plus years of experience in commercial real estate include working in multiple disciplines including multifamily, office, retail, and industrial properties. Steve and his partner head up the Multifamily Division for NAI Maestas and Ward and he is highly active in the office and industrial markets as well.
Steve’s wide-ranging commercial real estate experience, including client representation, property management as well as being a commercial property owner himself, allows him to recognize all aspects of a deal and to bring it to a successful conclusion for his clients.
A native New Mexican who grew up in Los Alamos, Steve earned a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Communications from the University of New Mexico, where he also played for the highly-successful men’s soccer program, serving as captain for three seasons. He went on to play professional soccer for five years following college, spending time in Virginia, Nashville, Atlanta and Charleston.
Steve believes strongly in the value of teamwork, and views every real estate transaction as a puzzle to be solved through group communication and idea sharing. Steve is well known throughout the industry for his team-oriented focus. His understanding and engagement of technology coupled with his solid work ethic provides his clients with a smooth transaction and a personable, high-caliber experience.
